#9- “Make-up for Public Speakers”
Using Makeup does not come naturally to Speakers, especially guys, but it is applied liberally to the faces we see on TV, Film, and Video. From my experiences in media work, I’ve discovered two products that work well for me and in this Show we’ll look at the use and application of both.
The Brands I use are good for me, but you may discover other brands that work for you. I look for products that afford ease of use, portability, and are Hypo-allergenic. This Neutrogena powder is ‘translucent’ and contains Salicylic Acid which actually is good for my oily skin, but as with any skin product you should use one that best fits your needs. This is after all an individual decision.
I do hope male Speakers will consider this suggestion. I know it is anti-”MEN” in many minds but the reality of communications today demands re-thinking the Image we project. Enjoy the process.
